I have lived in South Calgary my entire life.  I was lucky enough to have lived in many communities - because my family liked to move a lot. I also take a great deal of interest in the construction of homes - having built numerous with various Calgary home builders. I have also developed numerous basements, and built garages.  This knowledge is very helpful when taking buyers through homes as I typically spot deficiencies that they often overlook.  

Before real estate, I spent 25 years serving as a Calgary police officer. That experience gave me a unique ability to truly understand my clients needs, determine what’s most important to them, and to guide them with both confidence and compassion. Kindness is at the core of how I work, but make no mistake—when it comes to negotiating for my clients, I don’t hesitate to fight hard for the best possible outcome.

I am a big believer in continuous learning - so you will often see me taking courses or certificate programs in order to challenge myself and hone my skills in each area of Real Estate.  

I also bring with me the discipline and determination shaped during my years on the Canadian National Judo Team, where I proudly competed at the 1996 Olympic Games. That experience instilled in me the importance of leadership, resilience, and teamwork—qualities that I carry into every client relationship and every transaction.
