All of the things I choose for Colin as excellent in this survey I would have rated as above excellent if that had been a choice.  In my opinion he is the best of the best to have as an agent.  He is first and foremost very professional, friendly, extremely easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, very prompt at getting back to me if I called or texted him.  He also kept me informed after property viewings etc..  His communication skills are excellent.   He reassured me if I had a concern.  I always felt he was working for my best interest.   He is an excellent real estate agent.  I highly recommend him.  I can say with 100% certainty you will really like having him as your agent.   I live in Red Deer but was selling my brothers place in Calgary.  Not being in the same city was not an issue
